Meet The Crew!
Make a joyful noise to the LORD,
all the earth;
break forth into joyous song
and sing praises!
Psalms 98:4 (ESV)
By day, Leisha Cole provides mental health services to teenagers and families in her community. By night, she is diligently working to utilize her passion for music. Leisha Cole also serves by leading worship with Neighborhood Church and 1Mosaic both located in Adrian, MI.

Leisha Cole sincerely stated that, "Without Rachel's constant encouragement and loyalty, I would not be where I am today. Her impact on my life is utterly irreplaceable."
Needless to say, Rachel is the perfect crew member because of her 'servant heart.' When Rachel is not 'pouring into' her friends, she selflessly works in local healthcare systems providing relief and comfort in often life-threatening scenarios. Not surprisingly, Rachel loves serving others and has a gift to encourage and exhort others in their everyday life. A faithful source of encouragement for Rachel is the ever-promising passage from Jeremiah 29:11.
Robi was named after Nairobi, Africa, when his first owner, Rachel's brother, was stationed there. Robi is THE definition of a "gentleman" and "gentle giant." He is now over 10 years old!
Originally from Muskegon, MIchigan, Brittani settled down in Adrian, Michigan after meeting the love of her life, Geoffrey. Together, they have three handsome boys and a newborn baby girl! By day, Brittani is managing her own daycare business. And by night, she is tucking her little ones into bed!
Brittani enjoys singing and leading worship from the piano. She has also been playing the saxophone for over 10 years and has had a heart for worship for just as long! Brittani serves by leading worship at her local church in Adrian, Michigan. Her daily prayer is to serve as a vessel to assist others into worship of God, the Father. Brittani prays to always believe that her audience is truly an Audience of One.
Gary is a lifelong resident of Adrian, MI. His wife and 4 children all share in his passion for music. In fact, on most Sundays you will find him sharing the stage with his two sons and the rest of the worship team that he considers a second family.
Gary is accomplished at the drum set as well as on cajon, conga, djembe or just about any other percussion instrument. He credits God and music for the successful recovery from a stroke 8 years ago. And for over 40 years Gary has been a percussionist, gaining experience through high school and college and for the past 12 years.
Previously, Gary has faithfully served at First United Brethren in Blissfield, MI and Elem3nt Church-Blissfield & Adrian. Gary also was involved with the band Released that did prison ministry throughout Michigan and Ohio. He currently serves as a drummer with 1Mosaic of Adrian, MI.
“Music is the purest form of appreciation we can show God and the easiest way we can communicate to God. It is a connection of our heart to His heart. The beat of the drum represents that heartbeat. The crash of the cymbal, the elation of the angels.” This is Gary’s musical philosophy.
Dane is the son of Gary and has been a skilled percussionist all throughout concert and marching band in high school. In recent years, Dane has devoted many Sundays serving on the worship team alongside his father at 1Mosaic in Adrian, MI.
Andrea is a social creature especially fond of nature, her family, and very dark chocolate! She loves "adventuring" in any form--from cooking a new dish, or learning a new instrument, to exploring a new state or country.
Andrea is also passionate about playing multiple instruments, including the piano, guitar, cello and simple percussion (such as a cajon or djembe). In fact, she recently relocated from Kansas to invest in a new church plant by leading worship and working with the youth. Andrea is especially driven in her pursuit to live and breathe from the heart--all the while, feeling grateful for the safe space that music gives us all to experience, explore, and express God's Presence and Purpose in the "broken and beautiful" of life.
Praise God with drum and dance!
Praise God with strings and pipe!
Praise God with loud cymbals!
Praise God with clashing cymbals!
Let every living thing praise the Lord!
Praise the Lord!
Psalm 150:4-6 (CEB)
Our team is GROWING!
So, be sure to come back again
